Nutrition is a foundational part of our health. What we eat has a major impact on our metabolism and blood sugar. In my practice, I spend a lot of time educating my clients on nutrition.
I want to change the way you see food and the way you see your body. Food is fuel, and we need the proper balance of nutrients for our bodies to work optimally, but food is about more than just fueling our bodies. It’s also related to our cultures, our communities, our comfort, and our celebrations. I work with patients to incorporate all these aspects of food into their nutrition plans. I want to help you learn to love healthy food and incorporate it into a balanced diet that isn’t restrictive.
